Anime Airport provides extensive free shipping all throughout the United States, and all items are shipped out within 2-3 days of purchases, to allow for speedy deliveries. Parcels shipped will come with a USPS Tracking Number. There will be costs for shipping if you are ordering from outside of the United States.

We take privacy and safety extremely seriously at Anime Airport. None of your information is shared with any outside entity. Sales details such as address, payment information, and item preferences are kept strictly confidential. We hope to be a bulwark in the direction of privacy within our digital space.

Returns and Refunds

Any purchases made are final, and the store does not, at this time, accept returns. If there is any concerns, please contact customer support using the email, animeairport@outlook.com, and we will see if a refund can be provided.

However, in the event that any items arrive damaged, incorrect items are delivered or are unable to be delivered, Anime Airport will offer a complete refund.
